Your main responsibilities will be:

  1. Organize uninterrupted operation of the customer support service for a multilingual platform with a focus on the English-speaking users.
  2. Support department management (management of the department's work on compliance with internal regulations: timely filling and sending contracts to clients, correctness of data entry, maintenance of analytical tables)
  3. Prompt resolution of incoming customer inquiries.
  4. Communications with internal departments to resolve customer incidents.
  5. Preparation of service contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
  6. Monitoring changes in conditions and signing necessary documents.
7. English and Russian language fluency is a mandatory requirement.
