Responsibilities:
As the Chief Operating Officer, your primary duties include:
- Ensuring the seamless operation of the customer support service for a multilingual platform, focusing on English-speaking users.
- Managing the support department to ensure compliance with internal regulations, including timely contract processing, accurate data entry, and maintenance of analytical records.
- Resolving incoming customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal departments to address customer incidents effectively.
- Assisting the legal department in preparing service contracts and monitoring contract changes.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Russian languages is mandatory.
