The Role:
- Lead management: efficient communication with warm leads
- Handling a high volume of calls each day
- Investment guidance: you’ll ask insightful questions to understand investor goals and guide them through the investment process
- Proposal development: send detailed email proposals on investment opportunities
- Perform related administrative tasks to support sales activities
- Assist with sales progression and coordinate with third parties to ensure transaction completion
The Person:
- Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales experience with a consistent earning of >$7,000/month
- Deep understanding of investment instruments and terminology is a must
- Strong ability to listen and follow instructions to enhance product, industry and sales knowledge
