- More than 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience in securities, investment, and insurance products (insurance broker).
- Higher education (a degree in law or psychology will be a plus). Completion of specialized sales training is mandatory.
- Good clear speech, business communication, friendliness, empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Processing customer requests, identifying investment problems in Dubai's residential real estate.
- Closing investment deals in accordance with investor strategies (short, long, rental income).
- Result-oriented negotiations and quick deals.
- Achieving sales plans (the goal is no less than 20 investment lots per month per manager, the minimum check for one deal is $500,000).
