Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support in addressing customer complaints, ensuring compliance with UAE law.
- Facilitate pre-trial settlements of disputes, seeking efficient and cost-effective resolutions.
- Safeguard company interests through proactive legal measures and representation.
- Advocate for the company's interests in interactions with state authorities, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Assist in the development of business initiatives, offering legal insights and guidance.
- Provide legal support throughout real estate transactions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience within the UAE, specializing in UAE law.
- Strong academic background in law.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate law and transactions.
- In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment in the UAE.
- Proficiency in English language, equivalent to C1 level.
