Your Department's Tasks:

The department you will manage is responsible for all the steps starting from receiving an application to the first meeting with the client and the investment expert. This stage involves client activation, company sales, and expert sales, with communication methods including phone and messengers. The department currently consists of 10-12 people and requires proficiency in Russian and English.

Your Tasks:

As the Head of Sales Department, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the quality of client communications at an excellent level.
  • Hiring and onboarding employees with a pleasant voice and above-average quick-wittedness.
  • Iterations! Testing different approaches, theses, and meanings provided to clients to continuously improve communication quality.
  • Meeting the department's plan by transferring the target number of clients to experts, including close collaboration with the CRM marketing department.
  • Placing orders in the performance marketing and PR department regarding the quantity and quality of incoming inquiries.

Required Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Knowledge of investment tools and key terms, including ROI, IRR, Cash-on-cash return, and others.
  • High level of communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Above-average level of intelligence and learning ability.
  • Significant experience in sales and knowledge of sales stages.
  • Experience in building sales departments and sales funnels.
  • Experience in selling financial products is welcome.
  • Experience dealing with transactions over $500k is welcome.
