Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven marketing experience in management roles.
• Familiarity with marketing instruments and basic terminology, including ROI, IRR, ROMI, and more.
• Experience in hiring and managing teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Managing a team of up to 9 employees in the marketing department.
• Setting KPIs, assigning tasks, and generating reports on departmental performance.
• Implementing systematic improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
