One Za'abeel is a multifunctional complex that includes both commercial and residential real estate. The community consists of two towers, 57 and 67 stories high, built on a single foundation. The buildings are also connected by the world's longest panoramic sky podium, The Link, located at a height of 100m. Inside, there are several top-notch restaurants, a lounge bar, and an observation deck. After completion, The Link may be listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's longest cantilevered building, spanning 226m.
