In 2019, he joined as a partner and Chief Operating Officer. In 2022, he built the first sales department for Realiste in Dubai.
Damon is a skilled professional with expertise in the realms of real estate and investments. Prior to co-founding Realiste with his partners, he managed properties valued at a total of $2.5 million for private clients.
