G&Co is a part of OCTA Group. In 2006 G&Co was formed and begins its operations as a boutique real estate developer that stands for capability, quality and partnership. In 2016 a 1.5 Billion AED project Millenium Estates in the inner circle of Meydan, MBR City, offering 198 Luxury Villas built over 3.8 Million Sq. Ft. of Land was delivered.
