The construction of BUWOG DECK 3 is characterized by a strict focus on environmental friendliness – even in many small details. Most of the materials used have ecological certification, with an emphasis on preventing pollution, and the construction materials used are checked for recyclability. The layouts are versatile and well thought out. The spaces are particularly bright thanks to large high-quality wood-aluminum windows and a room height of 2.80 meters. The Dura-Patina wooden facade of BUWOG DECK 3 consists of pre-aged wooden cladding.
