Dúplex en Arta

The Dúplex en Arta project is situated in a fantastic location in the heart of Colonia de San Pere, close to all amenities, just 200 meters from the beach and less than 100 meters from the church square. Entering from the street, we pass through a hallway, leaving on one side a practical covered terrace, which can be used to park a car or as a lovely, cool spot to place a table for dining or relaxing. Just beyond this, we find a large double-height space with a semi-open kitchen that, after a few steps up, leads to a living room with large windows and a beautiful terrace with a pool. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with access to a small balcony, and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Finally, we reach the top floor, which for many is the best part of the house, featuring a small room and a sun terrace, offering magnificent views of the entire town, the mountains, and the sea against the backdrop of the sunset.
