One Reem Island

One Reem Island is a new premium residential complex by SAAS Properties that is located on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The project was originally launched in Q2 2021 and offers two 8-storey buildings in a traditional Arabian style design, with the exterior architectural design made by Marco Rizzi.

All units within the complex are equipped with August Smart Locks that allow residents to open and close the door remotely, and other smart technologies. The presence of outdoor surveillance cameras, Amazon Ring Drones, Samsung Smartthings Motion Sensors and Xiaomi Mi Security Cameras provide residents with extra safety and privacy.
