Six Senses (Penthouse)

Six Senses Residences is a new luxury waterfront project on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The project is a joint venture between Select Group and ESIC, who have signed a management agreement with Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas. The companies are introducing the first Six Senses hotel as well as branded residences in the UAE that offer luxury living by the sea.

The Six Senses Residences will include luxury residences and a hotel with magnificent views of Palma and the rest of Dubai. The residential complex offers a variety of real estate options, including penthouses and branded beachfront villas. All units will be managed by Six Senses, which will provide residents with privileged access to the hotel's first class amenities such as a tennis court, large swimming pools, football pitch, restaurants, library, bars, kids club and more.
