Laya Mansion is a 5-storey residential complex as part of JVC District 15 in Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai. The developer of the project is Akshara Global Real Estate Development LLC, and the architectural consultant was Arec Engineering Consult. The main construction work was carried out by PEPCO Engineering Company.
