Swissotel Waterfront Residences

Accor has partnered with The Summary Executive Properties to launch the first standalone Swissôtel branded residences, Swissôtel Waterfront Residences at Dubai Islands, set to open in 2027. The project will feature 105 private homes, including one- to four-bedroom apartments, a four-bedroom penthouse, and three- to four-bedroom townhouses. Residents will enjoy amenities such as a fitness centre, spa, two swimming pools (including a rooftop infinity pool), a lounge, events room, kids club, games room, cinema, and wine room. Construction is set to begin soon.
