Anantara Branded Residences

RAK Properties has partnered with Minor Hotels to launch the Anantara Branded Residences at Mina Al Arab, announced during the Future Hospitality Summit. This project aims to establish Mina Al Arab as a premier luxury destination and attract investors by leveraging well-known brands and sustainable practices. The development will feature about 94 apartments and 20 overwater villas with Thai-inspired designs, luxury amenities, private infinity pools, and direct beach access. Architectural design will be led by JT&P. Both RAK Properties' CEO Sameh Muhtadi and Minor Hotels’ Senior VP Amir Golbarg highlighted their commitment to quality and sustainability, continuing the success of the award-winning Anantara Mina Al Arab Resort, which is LEED Gold certified for its environmentally friendly initiatives.
