The water is replenished every 12 hours depending on the movement of the sea tides, and the dimensions of the water channels, reaching 300 meters and a depth of 5 meters, guarantee a smooth natural movement of the water, which gives the project a characteristic embankment with natural beauty. In the project, 36 km of beaches, green gardens, beaches and service areas make up 60% of the project area, while buildings make up only 40%, which provides the idea of a healthy society that respects and interacts with nature.
