The Ritz-Carlton Residences is a new ultra-luxury project on the Dubai Creek. MAG of Life, the Wellness Real Estate division of the Dubai-based MAG Group, in cooperation with Marriott International, are the developers of the first The Ritz-Carlton Residences in the UAE.

The residential project of The Ritz-Carlton hospitality brand is located within MAG's ‘Keturah’ Resort, which is a wellness-focused project. The Ritz-Carlton Residences will include 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, penthouses and only 10 mansions. All real estate will be fully furnished and managed by The Ritz Carlton.
