Safa One

One Safa by DAMAC Properties is a new luxury residential complex in the Al Safa area from Dubai's leading developer DAMAC Properties. The project consists of two towers with a height of 44 and 60 floors, which will house luxury and ultra-luxury apartments as well as exclusive penthouses. The residences were designed by the world famous jewelry brand De Grisogono.

The complex will be built on the last site available for development in Safa Park.The park is located on the banks of a canal in central Dubai and has become one of the most popular recreational areas in the emirate.
