JKT Living Star

The JKT Living Star project, developed by PT Sindeli Propertindo Abadi, consists of six towers, each with 28 floors. This project is located in East Jakarta and is part of a large-scale development aimed at combining urban living with green spaces. JKT Living Star is designed to create a modern and eco-friendly living environment. The complex is situated on a 4.8-hectare site, with 65% of the area dedicated to green spaces, including five large parks and a riverfront garden. The development will feature 3,648 residential units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. The project also includes commercial areas and various amenities to support a comfortable urban lifestyle.
