VICTORIA’S NEXT – a building with 21 condominiums, reflects the expertise of an award-winning planning bureau, showcasing clarity in functionality and design, understanding of materials, and honesty. The QNG (Qualitätssiegel Nachhaltiges Gebäude) label for eco-friendly residential buildings with energy efficiency Class 40 and the gold DGNB (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen) certification for sustainable construction were mandatory requirements from the start of planning and are now reflected in Berlin's most prestigious environmental award for this project.The apartments, ranging from 2 to 4 rooms with areas from approximately 50 to 118 m², can be flexibly expanded to 6 rooms with an area of around 176 m², enabling the realization of a multi-generational living concept. The VICTORIA’S NEXT project considers the European Union's long-term climate protection goals and complies with the climate path requirements from its completion. We are tasked with combining modern architecture with the demanding QNG criteria
today.In May 2023, our plan was awarded and recognized as the winner of the “Klima Partner Berlin 2023” competition in the “Future-oriented and Innovative Planning” category by renowned organizations and associations. Thanks to its proximity to Treptower Park and the Rummelsburger Bucht waterfront, this location has high recreational value. Even more distant locations are easily accessible, as Kaskel Kiez represents a tranquil urban idyll right behind the completely renovated Ostkreuz train station, one of Berlin's most important transfer stations. S-Bahn and regional trains stop at Ostkreuz station. The journey to Alexanderplatz takes only 10 minutes, to the Zoologischer Garten train station, and thus to City West, 20 minutes.
