New project on The Palm Jebel Ali. Nakheel has announced a new project that will feature a collection of premium villas. The Palm Jebel Ali is Nakheel's second artificial palm-shaped island, boasting a host of new features, including 6 marinas and the Sea Village theme park.
The developer announced that the population of the new island will be around 1 000 000 people, while the FIRST palm (Palm Jumeirah) can accommodate around 100 000 people.
