Atelis

The Atelis project by Meraas is a new residential complex located in the Dubai Design District (d3). The development comprises three buildings connected by a shared podium featuring a landscaped garden and an infinity pool. The main tower rises to 42 floors and is designed by the renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
