Rebuilding the desk real estate runs on

Realiste turns a brief into finished, defensible work — the model, the deck, the memo, the records — and leaves the judgment, and the signature, with the professional. Exacting standards; the tools finally caught up.

The industry we work inThe largest asset class in the world still runs on paper habits

Real estate is the biggest thing people own and the least instrumented. Value lives in a county filing, a lease nobody has re-read since signing, a spreadsheet on one analyst's laptop and a broker's memory of what traded last spring. The work of assembling all of it — the reading, the re-keying, the formatting — has always been done by hand, by juniors, at night, under deadline.

Nothing about that work is unskilled. It is simply mechanical. And every hour spent on it is an hour not spent on the judgment clients actually pay for: what to check, what to ask, whom to call, whether to hold it, who to sell it to.

What we are buildingA desk that finishes the work and hands it to a professional to sign

Realiste takes the brief you would have handed an analyst and works it end to end: the data gathered and reconciled, the value concluded, the model built, the document written on your template.

We are not building a chatbot for property questions. We are building the system of record and the system of work for a whole industry — so a two-person shop can produce what a twenty-person back office used to, and a large institution can run its portfolio without waiting for an appraisal cycle.

Where we are going
01One record per asset

Every property, owner, lease, loan and trade held as a record a professional can stand behind — not a search result.

02Any job, finished

From a one-line question to a twenty-step chain: the run ends in the files the job actually produces, on your templates.

03Coverage without headcount

A two-person shop producing what a twenty-person back office used to, and an institution marking a portfolio without an appraisal cycle.

04The signature stays human

Sources on every figure, confidence clamped to the weakest input, and a licensed professional putting their name on the work.

How we work
Collaborative, not autonomous

The AI does the mechanical work. A named person decides, and signs.

Written with practitioners

Underwriting logic, comp rules and diligence standards drafted with brokers, appraisers and counsel.

Provenance over polish

A figure without its source is not an answer. Conflicts are surfaced, never averaged away.

Deployed with your firm

Realiste runs inside the firm and is set up with your team on the first call.

FounderAlex Galt

Realiste started from a simple, stubborn observation: the people who are best at real estate spend most of their week on work that does not need them. Alex founded the company to hand that work to a machine and hand the judgment back to the professional — with the record, the sources and the signature kept exactly where they have always belonged.

He works with brokers, appraisers, lenders and counsel on the standards the product is held to, and takes client benchmark runs personally: bring a deal you already closed, and see the finished work next to your own.
